University will promote the Honorary Doctorates, Gold Medals and such type of awards to the intellectuals, under this process
Step 1 – Local Institution/ Bible College / N G O / Social Organization / a Group of Committee will take permission to conduct the event at fixed date and place from the Dean of Awards,
Step 2 – They will submit the proposals not less than 10 members for the Special Event / limited in the graduation Ceremonies.
Step 3 – The proposed candidates are observed by the Department of Dean of Awards by way of submitted documental proofs / phone contact / visit their places / if any clarification police report will taken, If, the candidates belongs to group or association, the head of the group will give ‘Certificate of Confidence’ will taken,
Step 4 – The Dean will submit the proposals and enquiry reports to the Vice Chancellor and the Executive committee will decide the Registration fee, event arrangements, ask for Guests etc., They resolve and announce,
Step 5 – The proposed committee collect the fee by D. D. or Transfer etc., one week before the commencing date, then the Senate members are permitted to attend the program the program Expences ( Meeting hall, decoration, publicity, photo and video arrangements amount will shared by all Awardees),
Step 6 – On the commencing day, before the chancellor or Vice Chancellor, the Dean of Award will introduce the candidates and pass a resolution on the spot,
Step 7 – On call of the Chancellor / Vice Chancellor on the dias, the Dean of Awards shall read the bio – data of the candidates and read the passed resolution upon them, when the candidate be Awardee.
This process will followed in every program, some times it will came confuse due to the reason of the Guests / the Political leaders and their followers busy program.
